We process personal data in line with Act No. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not ask you to create an account or enter personal details on this site. The data we process is limited to the following.

Orders placed through Dineout or Wolt are processed by those companies as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We receive order details needed to prepare your food and nothing more.

If you reject, the site still works fully; we then receive only aggregated, cookieless signals from Google that cannot identify you.
4. Who receives your data
Framer B.V. (Netherlands): website hosting.
Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps): analytics and advertising. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
PostHog Inc.: analytics, data stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (if enabled): advertising measurement, with transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority, Persónuvernd, Laugavegur 166, 105 Reykjavík, personuvernd.is.
6. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
